Today I was for the first time in the country inn "Zur Traube" in Plech. A fourth generation family-run inn (the 91-year-old mother of the landlord is in the kitchen, daughter and mother serve) with a friendly atmosphere, nice staff with a lot of honest attention for the guest, good beer and tasty dishes. All with a very good price-performance ratio. When I'm in the area again, I'll be right here again.

Good down-to-earth Franconian cuisine. The goods are fresh, fast and cheap. Here you also realize that this is a family business. Nice friendly service which also on the wishes of the guests received. Parking is available in the side street. But you have to "deal" with his car ;-).

We were there on Sundays and enjoyed the cheap Sunday menu. Parking is limited on the street. Very fast and friendly service. The restaurant has many seats and is well visited. The menu is extensive.

Lots of space, friendly service, clean toilets, playground. Unfortunately, the food leaves a lot to be desired. Everything is salted as if a salt shaker had fallen into each dish. They have no idea about cooking.

Halfway between Munich & Berlin, we were hungry and looking for a place to have dinner. We found this gem only 2 miles off the A9 highway. My kids had schnitzel, and me and the misses had a steak. The service was great and so was the food! Next time I hope we can sit at the "stammtisch". Thank you for giving us the perfect stopover on our journey!

It is worthwhile to make a little detour from the motorway. Here you will receive a warm welcome, the dishes are schmakhaft, the value for money is excellent. Family Atmosphere. The shovel is a dream.
